Come stride, sweat, and hang out with your mom friends at FIT4MOM Quad Cities for the summer!

Your teacher pass includes unlimited classes during your summer break. AND includes stroller classes (Stroller Strides, Strides 360 and Stroller Barre) during regularly scheduled breaks throughout the 2025-2026 school year.

You are also invited to join us for weekly playgroups immediately following stroller classes as well as monthly Mom's Night Out Events, family classes and events, mommy and me outings and more!
