RUN CLUB®

Take your running to the next level with our 8-week guided training program for 5K, 10K, or half marathon distance runs. We provide opportunities to learn and improve your running techniques through our detailed training plans, coaching, and community support. Come run with us, mama!

Summer Run Club

If you've dreamed of crossing the finish line of a 5K or 10K (or even the BIX) this is the program for you

We will be meeting for 7 Saturday runs to train for the Genesis Firecracker Run! Participation in the suggested race is not required and registration for the race is not included in your run club session.

Here is what is included in our 8-week program which starts Saturday, May 18th and ends with a 5K or 10K race on Thursday, July 4th:

  • 7 organized Saturday morning group runs at 8:00 AM, leaving from Veteran's Memorial Park Bettendorf, beginning May 18th- June 29th.
  • A written 8-week running plan.
  • Access to a closed Facebook group to connect with your Run Club+ Coach, other runners and to help organize other weekly runs if you wish.
  • Scheduled 1:1 check ins.
  • Weekly emails with inspiration and other helpful running information ranging from proper running form, stretches and shoes
  • Prize opportunities!
  • Support & new friendships

You are welcome to run with or without a jogging stroller. If running with a baby please check with your pediatrician and consult your stroller manual if your child is under 9 months.

If you are pregnant please let us know, a physician clearance is required. You must be 6 weeks postpartum to begin this training or have a physician note if you wish to begin earlier.

Run Club + Strides 360 Tuesday Night Class

...WE HAVE ANOTHER OPTION FOR YOU

We are offering a combo package with a Tuesday evening cross training class called strides 360. We STRONGLY encourage you choose the combo package if most Tuesday nights work into your schedule. Our Saturday morning runs and Strides 360 Tuesday night conditioning and agility training helps every runner, from novice to advanced, get stronger, faster and build endurance in a safe and judgement-free environment.
