FALL IN LOVE WITH RUNNING WITH RUN CLUB

Join our Fall Run Club & come train for the Village Zombie Run 5K. Whether you’re lacing up for your first race or ready to boost your pace, Run Club is here to get you across that finish line feeling strong.

The 8-week guided program blends smart training with community. You’ll get a detailed plan, expert coaching, and accountability to keep you moving. Run at your own pace, build confidence, and prove to yourself that you can do hard things!

FALL RUN CLUB SESSION: September 1 - October 25, 2025

  • We will be meeting for 7 Saturday runs to train for Village Zombie Run! Participation in the suggested race is not required and registration for the race is not included in your run club session.

Here is what is included in our 8-week program which starts Monday, September 1st and ends with a 5K race on Saturday, October 25th:

  • Kickoff meeting on August 30 at 8:30AM. We'll discuss training plans, do a short run plus speed, agility and conditioning exercises.
  • 7 organized Saturday morning group runs at 8:15 AM, leaving from Veteran's Memorial Park Bettendorf, beginning September 6th- October 18th.
  • A detailed training plan based on your goal and starting point.
  • Access to the FIT4MOM Video On Demand Run Club collection of workouts.
  • Access to a closed Facebook group to connect with your Run Club Coach, other runners and to help organize other weekly runs if you wish.
  • Weekly emails with inspiration and other helpful running information ranging from proper running form, stretches and shoes
  • Accountability from a small, motivated group of like-minded mamas
  • Support & new friendships

Run Club + Strides 360 Tuesday Night Class

...WE HAVE ANOTHER OPTION FOR YOU

We are offering a combo package with a Tuesday evening cross training class called strides 360. We STRONGLY encourage you choose the combo package if most Tuesday nights work into your schedule. Our Saturday morning runs and Strides 360 Tuesday night conditioning and agility training helps every runner, from novice to advanced, get stronger, faster and build endurance in a safe and judgement-free environment.

You are welcome to run with or without a jogging stroller. If running with a baby please check with your pediatrician and consult your stroller manual if your child is under 9 months.

If you are pregnant please let us know, a physician clearance is required. You must be 6 weeks postpartum to begin this training or have a physician note if you wish to begin earlier.

WHO IS RUN CLUB FOR?

NEW RUNNERS who want to improve both their mental and physical health. Start with walk/jog intervals and build yourself up to longer runs.

Mamas RETURNING TO RUNNING postpartum. We know how hard it is to get your running groove back post baby. Hit personal record times with custom plans and the support of moms who have been there.

SEASONED runners who are looking for accountability and company on long runs.
