Canned Food Workout

This Thanksgiving at FIT4MOM, let's give back to our Quad Cities community!

Bring some canned goods to Stroller Strides on Friday, Nov. 22 and we'll use them as weights for the workout.

The most needed non-perishable food items are:

  • peanut butter and jelly
  • canned meats/fish
  • tomato sauce
  • nutritious soups,
  • nutrition bars
  • nuts/dried fruit
  • pasta
  • macaroni and cheese
  • rice
  • canned fruits/vegetables/beans
  • baking mixes/frosting
  • pancake mixes/syrup

After class we'll put together some boxes to donate to All Saints Lutheran Church Food Pantry in Davenport.
