Chelsea is from Camanche, Iowa and currently resides in the QC with her husband and two kiddos. She graduated from Clarke University with an undergrad in biology and a doctorate of physical therapy. Chelsea began taking FIT4MOM classes in the summer of 2012 shortly after her daughter, Stella was born and began to teach classes in July 2014. Her son, Samuel, was born in the winter of 2015. She is certified in all of the FIT4MOM platforms and also holds an ACE group fitness certification. She enjoys playing tennis, running, fitness of all kinds, travel and scrapbooking.
