This is a program geared toward moms who are newer to running,
returning to running or just want to have support while they train for a
5K. If getting faster is your goal we can help you with that too! We are training for the 5K portion of the Distance Classic.
Here is what is included in our 8-week program
which starts Saturday, March 24th and ends with the Quad Cities Distance Classic 5K on Sunday, May 13th (what a great thing to do for yourself on Mother's Day!):
This is a mini version of our 8 week course! This will be 5 weeks, just in time for the holidays.
2 one hour HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts/week in a small group format (limited to 10 participants)
That's 2 hours per week to focus on just you!
Mini Before and after physical assessments and weekly weigh-ins
A red SPRI exercise tube (for new members only)
Inspiration, motivation and meditation in each class
Weekly inspiration and tips posted in a private, online group
Online recipe guide access and nutrition guide
At home digital workouts
Online support via a private facebook group
*No class Thanksgiving day.
