Our first 8 week Body Back session is in the books and we wanted to share some of the highlights of our session!!
- One Mom lost 10.5 lbs!
- We had two Moms lose a total of 7.5" or more (7.75" and 7.5")
- One mama improved her plank time by 1 min 22 secs!!
- Another improved her side plank by 1 minute, wow!
- One mama shaved 12 seconds off her line run
- We had talk of needing to buy new clothes! Friends and Family wondering what they've been doing! Getting back into their pre-baby jeans!
