This is a program that is designed for Moms to do without their kids! Space is limited and price goes up after Jan 1, so register early! Who is Body Back for?

Moms who want a transformation and results. Ready to address nutrition. Moms who can commit to all 17 classes in the session. Moms who want accountability. Moms training or preparing for a big event or race. Moms who need to lose the last 5 lbs and fine tune their fitness. Moms who have 100+ lbs to lose and are just starting fitness. We cater to all levels and will make an athlete out of any mom. We will safely build up your fitness level from any starting point.

It doesn't matter if you had your kids 3 months ago or 20 years ago! We do recommend that you are not pregnant and at least 3 months post-partum to begin.


What's included in your 8 week session?

  • Our Body Back program offers 2 one hour high intensity interval workouts (HIIT) per week in a small group format (up to 10-12 people)
  • That's 2 hours/week to focus on just you! No kids or babies!
  • Before and after fitness assessments and body measurements with weekly weigh-ins
  • Before and after photos
  • Red SPRI exercise tube (for non-stroller strides/repeat clients)
  • Access to online meal plans with a wide range of choices including vegan and gluten free.
  • Digital access to at home workouts
  • Inspiration, Motivation and Meditation in every class
  • Closed Facebook support group of peers and your coach
