Suggestions for Older Children

As summer is getting closer you may be wondering how you can continue to attend Stroller Strides with your older children out of school. As a safety measure all children must be seated in a stroller during class. Here are a few ideas:

  • If you have a stroller at home that seats all your children get it out (as long as they still fall within the weight limit)! They may welcome the ride along and you'll get some extra resistance training in!
  • Hire a babysitter (if possible with other Moms) to play with your children in the playground area
  • Set up a rotation with other Moms. One Mom sits out with the older children while the others work out.
  • We still have Tuesday evening class at 5:30 if someone will be home to watch your children at that time.
